    Practicing

    Advertisements

Hi, does anyone know of anyone or is already practicing medicine after graduating from this university, ie completed residency and is actually working. Just wondering how prepared you come out for the USMLE and how hard it is to get work in Canada once you are done. Any info would be great

I do not know anyone personally, but administration, when i had my meeting with them, showed me a list of people that are in residency, that graduated from Xavier. For USMLE, the teachers here can only do so much, a lot of the work you have to do yourself (questions, looking over review material like brs and first aid). I believe after you complete your residency (which means you pass step one and two and possibly three) in the states, you can work in canada (only in ontario). I am not sure about other providences
