    Caaam-hp accreditation news

Hey guys, I have been hearing news from students in St Kitts that windsor has been denied caam-hp for the second time. If that is the case students will not be eligible to transfer to other accredited schools starting from september semester. School might be heading to a close down by 2018 because of the ECFMG rules. Faculty is encouraging students to transfer out and they are also leaving the school.

The premed program is leaderless which provides a weak foundation for the med program. The premed dean is busy running a restaurant and causing problems for accreditation since he only has a masters degree. I have heard him several times voice his disregard for the admin.

Read the remark from Dr. Bell from Trinity on the first page of this thread.

Bottom line -> If you are a student at Windsor now, you are screwed. Period!!!!!

Windsor needs to get its act together and get the damn CAAM-HP certification which would allow students to take the USMLEs and be eligible for ECFMG certification ultimately.

There are way too many students still attending schools that have been declined CAAM-HP accreditation. All those students are at jeopardy because they could lose the ability to get ECFMG certificates. To me it makes no sense attending those schools because many of them won't be around in the next few years. What happened to Atlantic is the preview of the coming attractions.
