Why do you want to make things complicated? Stick with the school you started off with, study hard and get good board scores.
I am just wandering if it's possible to transfer to a different university after you just did few core rotations or you would have to do those core rotations again or you can just transfer to your new school like you transfer credits?

Of course it is possible. Each school accepting the credits sets its own standards for transfer credit (as long as it is in compliance with ECFMG rules). For example, a school can require nothing less than a "B". However, certain states limit transfer credits as well, especially core rotations.
