Effect of pass/fail system in clinicals

    Advertisements

I have heard that Windsor uses pass/fail in their rotations. How does this effect residency? I thought grades during clinicals along with Step scores were very important to get a good residency.

They are changing that format now and clinical grades now come with a percentage and then placed on a curve in comparison to what your classmates got.

Good to know that because clinical grades are more important than basic sciences.
