    January 2014 students??

    Advertisements

    Hi everyone,

I am coming to Windsor for January 2014 session. Are there any other folks coming next semester? I would love to meet new students and discuss some of our concerns and expectations.

By the way I'm coming from U.S.

The big concern about residency spots for us (IMG) is there are new med schools in the US. There are other schools planned. The already established schools take more students. At the end, there is more US graduate for the same number of residency spots. Since IMG were taking the balance of available position, if there is more US graduate, there will be less residency spots for IMG.

Realistically speaking, the grads up until 2018 should be okay. Anything after that is a gamble

Hi! I'm looking forward to the upcoming semester. I have a question about off campus housing. I want to live in a one bedroom or studio off campus, does anyone know where I can find information about it? And the best location and prices? WindsorGirl91 have you found housing or are you living in the dorms?

Hey gopher, I think it is mandatory to live in dorms for the first semester (don't quote me on this) but ill be living in dorms yes because of my financial issues. However, with respect to housing, "frigate bay" is the best, cheers and looking forward to meeting you. See houmds post that is stickied for new students
