    Windsor Clinical Rotations:

    Windsor Clinical Rotations:

    1. Do you have greenbook clinical rotations in the US?
    2. Do students have to wait for several months to move from one rotation to another?
    Thanks.
    Dele.

Im sorry but from the perspective of a US citizen who has paid into the tax system that pays for those clinical spots, I have very little sympathy for those who are not citizens taking my spot. It is my belief that all US citizens with a passing Step 1 score should be given priority over anyone else. If I went to another country they would be far less accommodating to me getting my education on their dime.
Aren't clinical rotations based on what you pay for? And not tax money? I agree with what you have to say. Technically, as a US citizen I should get preference into the system. But I think, they bundle us all into FMG's. The only time that probably makes a difference is during Residency, where they would much rather hire a US citizen...all things considered.

Well technically a greenbook rotation is at a hospital that has a residency program in that field. Those residency positions are at teaching hospitals that receive government money to pay for those residents. US citizens tax money is what is paying for those spots. True you pay week to week, but there would be no rotations if not for those residents being present. Now non-US citizens can take all the bluebook rotations they want.
