    Does anyone know how to reserve a single bedroom at the royal?
    On the housing application form it says you will have roommates, but I've read that you can pay extra for a single bedroom and live by yourself.
    So if anyone knows how to do this it would really be helpful.
    Do you still fill out the housing form or go outside the school and deal with the royal by yourself?

    Dont do it through the school, call the Royal on your own, and try to set up a contract independently for one semester (make sure they know you are a student). At least thats what I did. Its 750-850 per month if you are going to get a room on your own.

    There is a 1000 dollar deposit which they are supposed to give you back after you move out.

    Its so much easier dealing with the hotel directly, than through the school and then through the hotel.

    when should i put in my housing application if im starting september 2011 and which one is the cheapest and convenient?
