I don't think it's Cook. I think it's in Jackson Park. I live in the Chicago area and I still have not heard of this hospital. It's supposed to be in a rough neighborhood too.

Is it possible to set up your own rotations? Say you do have connections at Cook or Rush and you want to go there, can you bypass this whole mess?

Yes, you can set up your own clinics. But once you decide to go outside of the school's clinics, you can't go back. That's what I've been told, not sure how much truth is in it though. Unless you've got an "in" with a hospital, it's extremely difficult to set up your core clinics right after your step. Once you take your step, get a decent/good score, and do some/all of your cores, then you'll be able to set the rest up easier.

Oh ok. Do we do all our rotations in Chicago? I read somewhere that some students are doing in Virginia and Michigan, are those greenbook rotations?
