This is quite interesting, I didn't know that there are so much nutrients that you can get from a simple basil plant. This is nice to know and be aware of, on the other hand, it made me wonder where can I get a list of vitamin b12 sources. Any thoughts?

Thank you very much for such valuable information about nutrients that are important for our body. Among other things, I would advise each of you to pay attention to collagen. Since collagen is essentially a structural protein that serves as a scaffold for the cells and tissues of the body, it is very important for each of us. I take collagen to build muscle because I am a professional athlete. I've been ordering collagen for several years now from https://www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/collagen-supplements which has a huge selection of vitamins and supplements. You can take collagen in various forms. It can be powder, capsules or tablets.
