    This guy has inferior infarct

This guy seems to have old inferior wall infarct as evidence by Q wave in II, III and AVF. He is also has bradycardia and irregular rhythm as expected in inferior infarct because of the obstruction of the Right Coronary Artery (RCA) and the RCA supplies the SA and AV nodes.
