    A 58-year old woman has aneurysms and renal involvement. Pick one answer:

    B. Churg-Strauss disease
    C. Henoch-Schonlein purpura
    D. Wegener's granulomatosis

    The answer is A.

    Churg-Strauss and PAN are very similar. The big different is that PAN has RANal (mnemonic for PAN is RANal) involvement, in Churg-Strauss it is very rare. If they want you to pick Churg-Strauss they would give you bundant eosinophilia and granulomas as its characteristics.
