    How can you differentiate
    A- Pheocromocytoma
    B- General Anxiety
    C- Panic Attack
    D- Hyperthyroidism

    from each other?

why even bother with the obvious. Just know where you are need it and where you can help the most.

Pheo by urine analysis would have an increase in VMA and the BP would be in the 200/something. Oh make sure you rule out MEN IIA (hyperparathyroid, medullary CA, and Pheo) and IIB (Pheo, marfanoid, medullary CA).
Hyperthyroid must do a thyroid panel plus all the sign and symtomps (heat intolerance, exopthalmus, constipation, etc...).
General anxiety would not have that high of BP, while panic attack i think would lead to hypervent and lOC. Seem to be very easy to differentiate from the other twos, plus a good HPI would rule out these twos. At least that is my two cents.
