    step 2 time schedule

    Advertisements

hey, i have a couple of questions about step 2,
-when should it be taken(what months)
-is it recommended to have certain rotations done before hand
-is it better to have a specific rotation while studying or just take the time off
-what are the best books out there for CK
-Is UW as good for step 2 as is it for step 1
-any other advice will be welcomed

    Thank u

UW 2 alone is possible... BUT it only works if the student has somewhat of a decent/good foundation base.... if you're weak, you gotta do it the simple old way which is study first from whatever books/audios you have and then do questions..

I've known several friends who did really well using only UW BUT they were steller students.. A good estimate is what you got on step 1 I think. If you were borderline or had difficulty with step 1, you definitely gotta study more then UW... But if you were like my friends who did 220-230's on step 1, doing UW alone might work for you. It's all about having a good solid foundation that is all.

    Good Luck.

PS. Me, unforunately, I had to do it the good old fashion way and read read read.... some people are blessed and some have to work a little harder...

why even bother with the obvious. Just know where you are need it and where you can help the most.
