My answer is C because I know atropine is a muscarinic antagonist and they cause big time close angle glaucoma side effects.

I think to answer this question ones need to know what is closed-angle glaucoma vs. open angle glaucoma. One involves the parasympathetic nervous system and the other involves the sympathetic nervous system? I always forget which one is which.

I have to remember it through a mnemonic. My mnemonic is, "My store is CLOSED today so I can relax. Relax-->parasympathetic" so closed-angle glaucoma has to do with the parasympathetic system. It is the one that innervates the ciliary muscle of the eye. If you antagonize the muscarinic receptors you will cause the iris to bulge and blocking the drainage of aqueous humor thus causing an increase in intraocular pressure. It is very very painful and it is an emergency.
