    Good question

Captopril is an ACE inhibitor. ACE (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme) not only converts Angiotensin I to Angiotensin II, but also inactivates bradykinin. So ACE inhibitors will also prevent this inactivation increase bradykinin. Instead of memorizing the SEs, just think about effects of bradykinin....vasodialation, decrease TPR, angioedema, skin rash. But the most common SE for this class is a dry cough. Also important to note is that Angiotensin I receptor blockers, such as Losartan, will block the receptors and decrease Aldosterone without affecting bradykinin.

So I'm gonna guess D. skin rash.
