Can any former student or anyone currently in maine make suggestion for reasonably housing options. I know we have to drive to different clinical sites where our preceptor is, I can't seem to find any good craigslist options and want some suggestion on some good locations where I can take lease for 5 months (4 months for the semester and one month for step studying)?
You'll receive an e-mail from the Maine campus which lists some housing options and contact info. Housing for 1 won't be cheap; so if you're ok with roommates, try to coordinate with some of your classmates about finding a shared space. I stayed at Towneplace Suites, which was very convenient for both school and preceptorship. Google Maps will give you an idea of surrounding areas, too.
We have an opportunity for housing for UMHS students attending at the Portland, Maine campus. We have an open concept apartment which has 4 beds and 1 bath and sleeps 2-4 comfortably.

We grow organic vegetables and free-range, rare-breed, pastured poultry for their eggs. We have managed and owned rental properties for 12 years and specialize in catering to traveling medical professionals in Western Maine. Our Scarborough, Me rental is our newest (and only) farm rental.
