    Chances?

    Advertisements

    Hey Guys

I was wondering if I could be invited for an interview with a 2.4 cGPA, 2.3sGPA, and 26 (9s on the sciences and 8 on VR) on the MCAT.
I have reasons for the low GPA that I can explain, but have good ECs with 2 years of Postbac research and good recommendations.
Graduated in 2014 with a Bachelors in Science from a Top 10 public institution.

    Thanks

Hi Asinine89! This reply is a bit late, but I would love to chat with you about your potential for success in medical school if you are still interested in pursuing your degree!

Trinity prides itself on looking past grades and MCAT scores when we evaluate our applicants. Other very important factors such as work, volunteering and shadowing experiences, as well as, letters of recommendation and the interview report are used to evaluate the whole candidate. We believe that it takes more to make a great medical student than just academic stats! Also, we do have an admissions predictor on our website.

I would also suggest you take a look at our Individualized Learning Plan which is a great option for students who maybe need a little more time to adjust to the rigors of medical school.

Please feel free to message me if you have any questions!
