16-year-old boy… w/ hyperextensible fingers and joints…tall stature…some chest pain. He states that he used to play 3 games of basketball with no problem, but he now can play only one game. On physical examination, his weight is at the 25th percentile, and his height higher than the 95th percentile. He is thin and tall. His fingers are long and thin. An ophthalmologic examination reveals mild subluxation of the lens. What is the disease?  What cardiac anomalies can he suffer from?  What drug is often used?  Inheritance Pattern?<br />
