    some suggestions to improve the forums.

    I ran into another medical student forum MeDiCaLGeeK - Best Medical Community
    and what's nice about it is that you can put what mood you're in and at the end of the post you can hit the <thank you> button (which only can be seen when you log in) and say thanks to someone who's comment you enjoy without having to type. also when you to go to the advanced settings to post a reply you can add youtube wrap so that you can have a youtube video show up in your post along with other wrap features. Many other sites like SDN also have the youtube wrap button. I think ValueMD should incorporate these features into their site. it will make it more lively for people who use it and it might draw more users to it.

    and it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to do, just look at the code from that site and copy it.

    hopefully someone who can make the appropriate changes will see this post.
