    Hate New Front Page Layout

The new front page layout is not as user friendly. Not a step in the right direction....please try again.

Doc said yesterday that they've been testing things. I don't think anything is really permanent.

MDisME is correct, we're in transition now and testing periodically until we find something that works for everyone.

I think the problem with the front page was a bug causing the tables in the "recent threads" block to get messed up (please correct me if you meant something different). I believe the issue is now resolved, but let me know if you're still experiencing it....and thanks for the report.

Doc, this is just a suggestion, but maybe we can add a column to the forums that says when the thread was originally created in addition to when the last post was. I dunno, just a suggestion. I think it would be useful, lol.

With the new layout, as I'm scrolling, I seem to be getting graphical artifacts, random white blocks appearing, blocky graphics, and graphics appearing and disappearing. As soon as I stop scrolling everything stabilizes, but it makes it difficult to scan a page or read while scrolling. It's almost like my "smooth scrolling" option in Firefox is no longer working here.

I'm running the latest production version of Firefox (3.0.8) in Windows Vista 32-bit Home Premium, 4 GB RAM, Latest stable drivers on a NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT.

    Hello,

The current new layout doesn't have random white blocks and doesn't have any addition scroller. I suggest you try to clear your browser cache and refresh the pages. For more information on how to clear your brower's cache, please refer to How do I clear my web browser's cache? - Knowledge Base. Let me know if the problem persists after you have cleared the cache.

P/S: I use the FireFox version and My PC configuration same as you.
If you can do it, I can do it and may better Hidden Content . Keep thinking and moving forward.
