    How about a "book" forum...

There are lots of great books to talk about -- I don't mean medical textbooks -- but not excluding great books like "Sick Patients, Sicker Systems", and "That Spirit Catches You And You Fall Down"

You could have a Book forum with 3 subfora, even:
    1/ medical texts
    2/ medically related
    3/ other

or -- even break down other into
    1/ fiction
    2/ non-fiction
    3/ literature
There were over 80 million reports of food poisoning last year...more involving fruits and vegetables than involving beef...

I agree. There should be an unmoderated forum too.
