Does anyone know if there are any discount codes for the school with certain airlines? I'll be flying out of Detroit - but so far the cheapest ticket I've found is 720$ USD.

I've checked all over the place for tickets - but the people who answer the phone always ask me if I have a discount code for the school. Apparently a few of the caribbean schools do.

    ticket

That's not bad...The cheapest we could find was $750 apiece from Houston (and that's less than a 3 hour flight). I have been told that there are no discounts from SMU.

    Airline

My wife and I are leaving April 27 (leave @1:00pm)...Our scheduled return flight is the December 17th I think. That's on Continental. Any other day was more expensive. It's actually cheaper for us to arrive 2 days early and stay at a hotel 2 nights. That will hopefully give us some time to get drivers licenses and possibly a car.

    Thank you so very much

Thanks friend. I guess I will just go ahead and make same reservation as you did and may be same time and day if they still have some openings. I will call them right away and make my reservation.
Thanks so much for the information and i hope to meet with you when i get to Cayman. Please feel free to update me with other information that will be so nice for me.

It is cheaper if you by a ticket with a return in 2 weeks. You will usually pay less than half of what you would pay with a 30+ day return date. My first ticket i scraped the return anf then the next ones Ibought were for each break (to the US and back) and then a do the same at the start but backwards. This saved me about $500 on my first ticket down.

    Tickets

This might not be the most convenient but when I checked from MIA, Cayman Airways was about $260.00 RT. One way, obviously less but I didn't check that. If you can get to MIA for cheap, (which I'm sure you can), just connect to GC from there. If you're looking at $700.00 from Motor City, it's gotta' be a couple benjamins less going this route. Just a thought.
