Texas doesn't follow anybody's lead, lets be clear about that! They certainly have not adopted CA's licensure procedures or list of "approved" schools, which includes SGU, AUC, Ross, and Saba. They do their own thing.
If the Lone Star State even gets a sniff of a rumour that they are doing the same as some other state, they'll be sure to change things right away!
It would be a very good thing if Texas were to follow CA's lead, it'd actually be easier to get licensed.
