as far as I know--- there are 4 states that do NOT allow SMU grads to practice - California, Texas, Kansas and Indiana. Many posters have mentioned that this list is growing. Texas actually considers SMU to be a fraudulent institution whereas Indiana won't allow SMU grads because of a rule that the institution has be in business for at least 15 years and SMU only has something like 10? years.
