Thread: Laundry rooms?

No the laundry is fine. Some machines might make some noise but that was about it. The 6 person suites have their own washer/dryer so you dont have to share except with roommates. I never had a problem in the 1.5 years I was down on the rock.

actually you make your own on the island, using triglycerides and the orgo knowldge you learned in college.

They sell both powered and liquid laundry detergent at the supermarket.

but if u prefer certain brands of detergents, bleach, softner....they most likely dont have it.

laundry is free on campus, so no charge. but u do have to bring ur own detergents

There are 6 washers and 6 dryers per Superdorm. Don't expect them to be all working at once. Like Jaywalk said, they are free, and you have to bring your own detergent. Getting them running also requires a little ingenuity, as people keep stealing the dials off them.
