    Baby Robbins vs. Mama Robbins?

    Advertisements

Hey everyone, I was wondering if there were any major differences between these two text books and if you guys know which is "better" in terms of content and not wasting too much time reading extra stuff. Thanks!

the big robbins obviously has more info but it's not needed for our level, so use the book you have i.e. baby robbins.

Robbin's basic pathology is more than enough info on most things, and some chapters have way too much info like the cancer chapter. you're going to have a hard enough time reading thought 950+ pages of the baby Robbins. Robbins Basic Pathology, ***** *****, Book - Barnes & Noble

the is the real Robbins it's over 1,500 pages and has stuff in it that's way above your level of knowledge. Robbins & Cotran Pathologic Basis of Disease, ***** *****, Book - Barnes & Noble

don't listen to your Lab TA on this one, I don't think anyone is going to read through this book unless you're going to be a pathologist.
