Thread: Renting House Off-Campus

My roommates and I rent a house off campus and I looked at many places before settling for the one we have. I've never heard of a house coming with a car. Cleaning service or yard work will depend on the landlord. Our house came with neither but we get our 4 bedroom house cleaned once a week for $60EC. We usually find someone to mow the lawn every month or so when it gets crazy. You can definitely try to negotiate with the landlord to get some of these expenses included.
