    Medical Application for Iphone

I appreciate kanasakis_girl to give me many ebooks and note for 1st and 2nd at SGU. She also told me about Mediquation _ it make me to decide to buy an iphone.

Step 1: Unblock and Jailbreak your Iphone

Unlock Your iPhone 2G 2.2 Using QuickPwn

Step 2: Setting up your iphone to add crack ipa apps

How to add ipa files to your iPhone

After your iphone accepts cracked application. Here is the links of to download some ipa files.

    Netter's Anatomy
    Netter's Hisotlogy
    Netter's Head & Neck
    Netter's Muscolo
    Netter's Neuro
    BRS Microbiology
    Mediquation V8, current is V12

Thats all I can find till now. Hopefully it will help us to perform well in SGU.

Edit: As mixahl said that my topic against TOS, I have removed all the links. If anyone likes to download them, pms me and I will show you how to find them by yourself.

no you cant. the iphone doesnt have the ability to be used as an external hdd, thus you cant transfer stuff, everything done via itunes. be aware that once you unlock it, if you update the software/OS on the iphone via itunes which sometime can automatically sync if thats the setting, the iphone will lock itself up again

give it a few months and everything window mobile has, iphone will have it better bc the apple OS and sdk is just far more interactive and better than the windows poopoo
    Sounds like an Apple fanboy

Personally, I'm really glad I traded in my iPhone for a Fuze. The Windows Mobile platform is a lot more flexible and doesn't have Steve Jobs constantly saying what you can and can't do with your own purchased hardware.

Oh, and the Windows Mobile devices can be used as an external hard drive and even come with the file explorer software.

im becoming an apple fan. realized how much windows sucked. there are more "softwares" out for med apps in palms and windows based phone bc they have been out longer, give it a few more months and iphone will have the same software and probably better interface too, eg. epocrates

and having a wirless access whether it be wifi or 3g or whatever is a lifesaver during over night calls when you need to surf the web or chat. bc most computers have been blocked by the hospital IT to restrict certain site genre such as sports-related and chatting-related

Very true but that doesn't give a compelling argument for the iPhone or Windows Mobile since both platforms have this capability.

I'll consider an iPhone again once it has more software, if/when Apple fixes their god-awful email application, and once Steve Jobs relaxes his vice grip on Apple user's balls. Until then, I'll stick with the vastly superior Windows Mobile + TouchFLO combination.

Wow, never thought I'd get into a tech debate on ValueMD!

im not as hardcore as other apple fans, just giving my user opinions since i had a windows mobile phone with verizon before the iphone.
you should see some other hardcore apple fanatics debate on apple products..quite entertaining, its almost as heated as debating politics and religion

    Hey Florida

What do you think about the Treo 700, 750, 755, or 800. Would that suffice in terms of med apps/phone?? I found pretty good deals on craigslist.

The only thing that will suck about having an iPhone on overnight call is that your battery will be dead most likely by the end of that call especially if you're on 3G. And since Apple won't ever come out with replaceable batteries, you'll be stuck with a dead phone or will have to risk charging it somewhere hidden so it doesn't get jacked. My vote goes to Blackberry especially for their ability to switch out batteries. That plus their renowned push email system and blackberry messenger chat service. Keep in mind that iPhone checks email every 15 mins and if you want push email you gotta pay $99/year for MobileMe (what a rip!). I think having the ability to receive push email is important especially when scheduling residency interviews where you will need to respond quickly to secure your interview spot. And if you want a touchscreen, get the Storm. Also for NY, Verizon is the way to go in terms of reception, less call drops, and ability to penetrate through thicker walls of buildings. Plus most apps on the iPhone are also on the Blackberry or will be soon enough

Crappy battery life and phone is humongous and heavy for comparable smartphones. Won't fit comfortably in your pockets. This is coming from experience since my Dad uses the Treo 700. Keyboard sucks since the keys are hard to press and if you got big thumbs, you're gonna get a lot of typing errors since they're also small keys. Plus the only good thing about Palm OS was the free pirated .pdb files on Skyscape. Now that iSilo reader is available on iPhone and Blackberry, Palm is pretty much useless. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Palm bankrupt or no longer gonna make any updates to their OS? I thought I read that somewhere recently.
