I want to fill out the SGU application but it is a PDF file. Can anyone tell me what to do to be able to use my computer to fill out the application? Is there a program I can get to be able to write to it?

    app

You have to print it out and fill it out (by hand or by typewriter). However, I heard that there is some Adobe program you might be able to purchase that allows you to fill out pdfs on your computer, but I don't know much about it. You might want to check out the Adobe website for more info.

You can fill it out on your computer if you have the full version of adobe acrobat. Most people usually just have the free adobe acrobat reader version which does not allow you to type onto the application.
You can always go the old fashion way and print it out and use a typewriter. (but good luck finding one of those ancient devices.. haha)

Filling SGU Application Form Using a PC....

If you have full version of Adobe Acrobat, you can fill it out on your PC. I use version 5.0 and it works fine. Another alternative is to use MS-Word format application. I have Word format application file from last year when I downloaded it from SGU website.I have tried filling it out using MS-Word 2003 and it works fine too. You might want to try your university computing centers. Chances are you would fine full version of Adobe Acrobat there and you will be able to fill out your applcation there.
    Hope this helps.
