Have you applied for the 5 year course? 1 year NU 'premed' and 4 year SGU MD programme?

hi i applied for the 4 year md course. I am waiting for interview. Mcsarpanch, sorry to hear that you are having to wait so long but i have been told that uk office is trying to chase up sgu graduates practicing in uk to conduct the interviews and as there aren't that many of them and they are all busy, its causing delays. I myself am waiting for about a week. Hope we both get interviewed soon.

Cool really? I knew they had an international partnership w/ NUU. Didnt know they had a program of this type though... Sounds interesting.

Wow... I applied two days ago and was accepted in the 5 year Northumbria + SGU joint program . The first year syllabus looks very familiar...i think I've covered most of the syllabus already so it should be mostly review. I'm looking forward to the pathology lectures there.

lol i think they did it really quickly b/c I need to get a student visa asap and that takes about 2 weeks. The classes begin in late sept. I had already been accepted by SGU and my transcript was sent online by IBO in like 2 minutes to NUU and i scanned my letters of ref and resume and mailed him a hard copy just incase... So all I needed was for the individual who was reponsible for this program, Dr. J, to review my application and give teh go ahead.. nothing special... it took him a day and a half to consider it...
