    St. George Re-interview???

    Advertisements

    My vitals: 3.7/29Q.

I interviewed for SGU two weeks ago and I just got a letter saying they want to re-interview me. What's going on here? I didn't even know schools did that. What the heck does this mean?

Confused and Frustrated Beyond All Belief

That re-interview does sound a bit weird. Maybe the interviewer forgot to ask you vital questions or did you not do the essay? I don't know.... just call like jaywalk81 said.
If it were easy anyone could do it...

They might want to know why you are applying to SGU after being rejected by Sackler and why you cannot gain acceptance to a US school with your stats.

If only I knew man, if only I knew. I would go anywhere as long as I don't have to go through the application cycle again. And by the way, I applied to Sackler and SGU at the SAME time. And what business is it of SGU that I apply to more than one school. Is that allowed by medical school applicants or should I apply to only 1 school?

I do not know you or your situation and I am in no place to judge but it makes one wonder when an apparently qualified applicant is given the run-around.

I don't think SGU cares if you apply to another school. I told them during my interview that I already got accepted to Saba. I didn't have a second interview and was accepted two months later.

The curse of the goat is an old, old, old story. You can read about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curse_of_the_Billy_Goat
