    US LICENSURE.......?????? ????????

    Advertisements

    Please check this out:

In respose to a previous post....Please read the end of this post.

Now the scary part is this that when the first graduate from ST. CHRIS will apply for licensure will ST. CHRIS BE DISAPPROVED.

AS far as I know no one from St. Chris has applied for Indiana Licensure yet.

Is it possible that same situation could occur in other states, Since there are not any St. Chris graduates that have applied for licensure

from a thread on another forum.

The link ...I verified it myself and have cut and pasted it myself

here is an experpt from the correct address http://www.in.gov/hpb/boards/mlbi/instinfo.html

"In accordance with the provisions of IC 25-22.5-3-1(c) the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana has disapproved the following foreign medical schools:

    CIFAS School of Medicine
    Saint Lucia Health Sciences University
    Universidad Mexico Americano Del Norte
    (Northern University School of Medicine)
    Spartan Health Sciences University
    Antigua Stmatews
International University of Health Sciences (IUHS)
    Grace/St. Kitts
The following schools are questionable and are reviewed on a case by case basis:

    Saba University
    Myanmaar Burma
    Manyula
    Guadalajara
    And the following osteopathic school:

Clayton University (formerly: American International Open University)
The following foreign medical schools were reinstated for possible approval for licensure:

American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine (1984 to present)
Ross University of Medicine (1984 to present)
St. George's University School of Medicine ( 1984 to present)
UTESA School of Medicine (1986 to present)
    CETEC University "

I have seen that before and knowing which schools have been approved, I can't imagine why st chris would be denied. At the very least we would be put on the "case by case" list. However, there is no way to know until it happens. All we can do is wait and cross our fingers.

    Most likely

They will most likely take things case by case. I can't imagine why there would be a big problem. Like BTS says, you will just have to wait and see. G

What is the real purpose of this post? I do not see St.Chris on the list, so, is one to infer that St.Chris will be added at a later date? And the reasons will be? Or, that all schools have a fair chance of being added to the disapproved list? Or that once on the disapproved list, a school can graduate to case by case, then to being back on the approval list? I suppose the possibilities are endless. But, again, what is the purpose of sharing this information/disinformation?
