BTS: You mentioned a few times to keep looking for a website update...

    Advertisements

...I've been checking for the last 5 or 6 weeks but I haven't seen any update. Could you perhaps let me know (PM?) what updates to look out for?
Also, when I first started on this forum (back in October or so), you mentioned the Faculty section would be posted online after January's faculty was established. I'm still curious to know the expertise and demographics of the current faculty. If you have any insight into this I woud, again, appreciate if you could message me.

    Thanks for your time,
    -z

The update has been delayed for about 2 weeks due to last minute changes, schedule conflicts, and administrative issues.

    yeah, sorry

I am sorry drzed, I didn't mean to tease you. LOL.

I have seen the virtually completed new updates and they are awesome. The faculty list is still being compiled (can you tell they are dragging their feet??). The updates include a ton more pictures, more complete info, and a partial residency match list (at least people who wanted to be listed). Hopefully it goes up soon.

If you would like more info on proffs, etc. You can call the Luton campus and speak to the Dean. I am sure he would be happy to tell you what you want to know.

Mtt, what is the phone number at the new offices? Are they still the same as the old ones?

If so, the old number (from the US) was 011 44 1582 400 466

    I hope that helps

    I actually visited the campus...

...and had someone take me around. I had a list of questions that I thought I could get answered (including Faculty information q's), but for almost every question I was simply referred to contact the NJ office (who refer me back).
Are most of the professors from India/Pakistan like so many other Caribbean schools? Or is there a greater percentage of british or native english speaking profs?
    Thanks for your time,

    Thanks for your time,

It's a mix of everything. A majority of the faculty has been trained
    under the British system (MBBS).

Also, if you have visited our school, you should have noticed what our teachers looked like.

You have to be careful when you say "by native English speaking prof." There are a lot of Middle Easterners and Indians who are British nationals and speak British English.

If you do have issues with these ethnic backgrounds, it is recommended you do not attend this college since the majority of Luton and some parts of England are represented by these groups. Again, you must be open to diversity and you will have to tolerate a lot of cultural differences.
