Often times for my undergrad and post grad year, I would rewrite my lecture notes with added references from the book in question-answer format. Each time I complete a question-answer portion of my notes, I will cover up the answer and try to see if I could answer the question. I only go through this once as I'm writing up my notes after class. Then I would review these rewritten notes during the weekend and nights before an exam. Some people find my method too organized and time consuming, while others find it helpful.

I haven't start med school yet, but I'm curious if my method would still be adequate and efficient enough for spartan's basic science?

I'm also curious as to what study method you guys use to conquer the basic science in spartan?
