    Fully licenced in Florida

    Advertisements

Just a quick not current students and future students:
I started in Spartan at the end of 2003, Finished Spartan at the beginning of 2007. Now in my "Chief" year (4th year) of Ob/Gyn residency with a full and complete licence in Florida.

Many people "bad-mouthed" the school back then just like they're doing now. Many people said Florida won't take US.... etc.... etc...

Just study hard and work harder. Every rotation "green-book" is a load of crap. I actually had better training at non "green-book" rotations than my collegues did.

Boards don't get easier as you get further in your education. Learn how to study is the Key, Learn what to study, and don't use 50 different resourses. Stick to 1 or 2 review books and know them inside and out.

There are a lot of myths when it comes to Caribbean medical schools. Some are perpetuated by schools to give the illusion that they are better than rest; others are spread by students who think that grass is always greener somewhere else. The bottom line is that Spartan is inexpensive and is moving up. It has a lot of practicing graduates which is always a plus. This poster proves a lot of these points. This is a very viable option to get you to where you want to go and do so with little or no debt.

    New Era of education excellence

There are dozens of Spartan Alumni fully licensed in Florida,Also Having practiced in USA as physician and Chairman for 20 years I can tell you that Spartan grads are almost in all states and universities from Yale to Harvard, from Bombay to Beirut, from small solo clinics to major research centers ,Spartan at this time does not have to prove they provide excellent medical education because the hundreds holding top positions worldwide is the simple old fashion evidence that reflecting their quality of education,I am currently holding high administration position abroad and we have many "all states" approved medical schools,I personally will take my family to any board certified spartan grad before taking them to any other grads
With an expert in USMLE on faculty and top ten US dean emirutus now the president then this school will have nothing but success in this new era of medical education excellence at SHSU.
