    How hard do you think it would be to gain a Cardiology residency as a grad here?

    It is very possible to become a cardiologist. You first go through Internal medicine, and there are plenty of grads who have gone into that field. Once complete, you apply for a fellowship in whatever specialty you are eligible to take (cardiology and sub-specialties being an example). Hope this answers your questions.
