Well the school can hold aprox 40 - 50 students per tri if they really wanted to without any serious overcrowding. I would say if they started taking 60 or more students crowing would occur. I have heard horror stories from places like Ross where if an entire class actually goes there are not even enough seats for them (but who really knows how true these rumors are) That said classes such as Histology (lab portion) and Anatomy (lab portion) would probably have to be rotated. Meaning lets say groups of 10 - 15 go at different hours of the day. So overall I would say that the school could conservatively double its class size without any overcrowding. Although the *ideal class size* will vary at each school this is my impression of what SHSU can handle. Hope that answers your question.
