    clinicals

This is the worst question to ask, if you are interested you basically have to be in 4th tri...unless you are doing the 5th tri now....

    1. Ask Dr. R

Affiliations to state ....I haven't heard of such a thing.
As for clinicals you have to go hospital to hospital pretty much and ask each individually unless you have connections which many Spartanites do and that is why they go elsewhere than Chicago.

Yes there are many places outside of Chicago and outside Illinois.
I don't want to specify because it is a dog eat dog world and we have had the big 3 trying to buy out hospitals that we have clinicals in....sucks....that may be part of the secrecy....but also that rotations changes so much....you have a terrible Spartan student who should be nowhere near patients screw things up for the future spartan students is what I have heard and therefor unable to go to some hospitals.

It is not only spartan students but other caribbean students too. After the screwup the hospital shut their doors to all caribbean schools.

I know this is not what you want to hear, but setting up rotations suck, and you may have to move around but it is doable. That is all I can say for now.

    One Big thing

PASS YOUR STEP 1 with a GOOD Score and you will be ok to start some good rotations. Maybe by your time the path will be laid out for you... I am hoping anyway...for my sake too

ITs hush hush once again for a reason

I don't want to seem paranoid to you guys, but this has just happened again at my second hospital that I found out just today.

Other schools are buying out our hospitals.

Spartan Students be wise who you post this to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Spartan students wanting to know this info please check personally with a Spartan you know or ask Dr. R to refer you to us in clinicals right now.

This is the second hospital where other schools are buying out all positions and our school is getting crappy clinicals because of this. There are many places but you have to move here and there and any hospital that has a good program, there is always a school trying to sign a contract to buy out all spots.

I will let you know now that Dr. R will get things done and get you a rotation albeit in his merry way but you will get your rotation. You can always look yourself but when the time comes you have to discuss in length with NM. Good Luck
