The school listed a few on the website this past year, but the deadline for declaring that the program was opting out was late. It might be changing this year. There is no way to know for sure.

Programs are able to 'opt out' of the match, which many still call a pre-match since you are signing a contract and matching prior to the match.

this is the answer I get from the SDN site.........
    .......Go to FREIDA

Put in whatever field / states you're interested in.

Choose the third button "Optional Criteria"

First option, choose "Does not participate in NRMP"

    Away you go... ...
    ...

it looks there are quite a long list of programs that I can choose from, including some University programs....

I find this curious. I did it for one specialty and all I got was military hospital programs. Then I expanded to the 6 primary med specialties (FM, IM, psych, OB, gen Surg and psych) and got 96 programs, again many of the repeating ones being military. That still seems really high considering last year I was only aware of 5 non-military programs that opted out.

From what I've been told, Frieda shouldn't be considered completely accurate. Many programs don't update the info. If that info isn't on the programs website, the most valid info would come from the program coordinator.

And again, as indicated in related threads, the military programs are not an option unless you are already a Medical Corps officer, or are coming in through HPSP or USUHS.. and that is a military match process of its own that leaves a lot of military docs applying for civilian programs.

Out of the rest (assuming you have followed Salama´s sage advice and contacted the program coordinators to confirm their opt-out status), it is a good idea to be perform some due diligence as to why a program would opt completely out of the match. Maybe it is something as simple as geography... or maybe it is something else entirely.

Last match, the programs had until January or Feb to opt out. The date changed during the interview season. Not sure what will happen this year. It would be really bad form to ONLY apply to programs that are opting out, considering they are few and far between. At this point, I don't think programs are aware of if they are going to opt out or not. It's still a very new thing. You can sure try to get an idea by emailing programs.

Will reiterate what devildoc said about considering why a program has opted out. It is probably a program that you don't want to be at.
