    "greenbook" refers to ACGME accredited rotations so this only pertains to US rotations.

    any rotation done in another country at a place that is accredited by the accreditation body in that country (the GMC in the UK for example) is considered to be ACGME equivalent, so if the Vancouver program is accredited by the Canadian body that accredits Candian residencies, then yes it is ok.
