    50% Academic Scholarships

    Advertisements

So my cousin recently got into this university in the caribbean
    ALL SAINTS UNIVERSITY
they have 2 campuses in DOMINICA and ST. VINCENT & THE GRENADINES

and for 2012 they are offering 50% ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS who get into both premed or MD!

My cousin got the scholarship and this is how they give it
50% for the Basic Sciences (5 semesters)
15% for the Clinical Sciences (6 semesters)

on their website their tuition is as follows:
    Basic Science - $4995 US
    Clinical Science - $6995 US

but with this scholarship its now
    Basic Science - $2495 US
    Cinical Science - $5945.75 US

If you crunch the numbers, an MD at ALL SAINTS UNIVERSITY RIGHT NOW IS

    $ 48,149.50!!!!!!!

I paid that almost 3 x that amount and I'M PISSING MY PANTS while my cousin Is laffin his way to classes..

CHECK THEM OUT! CUZ FROM ONE DOCTOR TO THE NEXT, THIS IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT....
trust me you don't want to be paying off bloody student loans during your residency when the guy next to you....gets to actually keep his earnings at the end of the month!

It's the "during residency" part which with most likely be the difficulty here. How are All Saints alumni matching do you know?

    beats me tipton..
they have some matches posted on their website
then again the school apparently started in 2005 or 2006 so i'm assuming they are only now slowly trickling out of the system

They wouldn't be struggling for students if they respected their students and actually invested in their future rather than the 2 acre mansions some of them are living in!
