Front Desk Manager

Juliana’s Front Desk provides courteous guest services by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests from guests. Duties include, but are not limited to answering telephone calls, emails guest reservations, meeting and greeting clients, doing Internet research, data entry, filing and scheduling of hotel/room bookings, coordinating the calendar, and general office work. Must be detail-oriented, flexible, have the ability to take direction well and offer hotel guests the best possible service.

Duties & Responsibilities
Take guests reservations and answer inquires via phone and email
Deal with guests inquiries
Via phone and email
Room check ins and checkouts
Restaurant Reservations
Transportation Reservations
Maintaining an up to date database and reservation system
Be able to give accurate directions and information regarding Juliana’s Hotel, Tropics Café and the island of Saba.
Maintain a clean and presentable reception
Ensure that all brochures and promotional materials are stocked and up to date.
Basic Filing

Qualifications & Requirements
Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization,
Informing Others, Handles Pressure,
Supply Management.
Requires knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.

Training
Note on-the-job training, where applicable.

Job Location
Front Desk Assistant will be working at Juliana’s front desk.
Full time position 40 hrs per week
Salary: (Depending on experience)
