Does MD graduates from KSMU require to take any exam in order to work as a doc in US?

I'm not a US resident (could be, soon) nor a Russian resident, so my question is do you require to take any exams/medical license to work in the US or any other countries after you graduate as an MD in Russia?

Also, are you eligible to take any specialization or any further studies or any further medical trainings outside Russia after you've graduated?

    Thank you.
