Hi, is there anybody from Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy(NNSMA) here wanting to take USMLE? I feel like that med school is the most deserted place ever..

Honestly I don't think it is the best one, especially for USMLE purpose. Their standards appear to be very old and also it has a LOT of non medical classes which are completely unnecessary but NOT optional(so you can not skip them)
Though somehow it is recognized by imed.com
    What are your other options?

Well i was considering St. Petersburg State Medical Academy, Northern state university, Kursk state, or a med school in Ukraine. Is NNSMA corrupt? Are the teachers helpful and do they allow you to help during clinical rotations?

Why are you considering only Russian medical universities?
I think most of them are corrupt but that does not seem a very big problem to me. The most important thing is the education they can provide you, and it's not very good. I'm only a second year so I can't tell you about rotations. What exactly do you mean by helpful?

I was thinking about going to russia or ukraine because of the low cost. Just wondering what's bad about the education quality?

Oh yeah, I forgot about the cost. And I must say the education is actually not bad for That low price. I don't know may be it will get better when the clinical core subjects start. And it will be better if you find some USMLE takers from your med school. It's very important since the teachers have no idea what usmle is, so they can't be very helpful about that.
