Never heard of MB ChB is that the equivalent of an MD in another country. I know in the US the standard degree is either MD or DO

They are fully equal, no difference.

The only difference is that MD is done as post graduate and is usually 4 years.

But MBChB can be done right after leaving school and is usually 6 years.

BM BCh, MB BCh, MB ChB, BM B.S., MB B.S. are all variations on the conjoint degrees (basically, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) awarded by a great many medical schools worldwide - mostly those which have been strongly influenced by the British system of medical education. Although no doctorate is awarded the recipients are entitled to call themselves "Doctor".

The paired degrees are fully equivalent to the Nth. American M.D. and recognized as such by the relevant licensing authorites there.

No idea what this is doing in the Russian forum - are they awarding these degrees to attract Indian students?

Also worth mentioning is that one particular medical school in the UK still awards the MB, which coincidentally was also the first type of medical degree to be granted in the United States and Canada, until it was succeeded by the Scottish MD in the 1800s.

I wasn't aware of any Russian medical faculties offering the MB ChB qualification?
