I donít think you should seriously consider an option of part-time job in Russia while studying MD here (at least during your first years). The main reason: MD program is very intensive. Students spend 6 hours and more/day in the class and for some subjects do need to perform regular home work. Since you will live in a new country, you also will pay some time and efforts for the orientation and adaptation. It is unlikely that a job would not affect your study.
Also, the salary is not too high: according to advertisements, full time job in McDonalds brings about USD 500/ month.

Just what I thought, I did presume that the poster was being sarcastic as if he worked fulltime at Maccy D's (which would allow him/her to pay for living expenses), he/she wouldn't be able to study a full time medical course - which would defeat the whole object of living in Russia.
