yeah, i always thought the 'why do you want to be a doctor?' question was the hardest as well...why DO you want to be a doctor? "i want to help people!". ha. if the interviewer is still awake when you are done answering the question, i'd consider that lucky.

we all want to be doctors, but is it something we can put into words easily? no. does it make you any less dedicated or professional? i dont think so. I dont think knowing in 50 words or less the reason you want to dedicate your life to something is necessarily a good thing. for me, i couldn't really explain it. it's just what feels right, i guess.
