    question for future doctors

    Advertisements

my scalp always itches everytime I eat spicy food specifically indian food.
this is going on for like few months now and everytime I eat something sweet after that, the itchyness stops...
my question to future doctors is that what do u think is this? why is this happening? why are my neurons so irritated and firing impulses like crazy everytime I eat spicy food?

no history of surgery or any other serious illness. everything else is fine.

It seems like you are having some type of an allergic response to spicy food. Have you noticed hives as well or just itching? Sometimes, we develop allergies to products with time; even if we've never had any problems before. Or maybe is just a "new" ingredient in the spicy food. Anyways, be careful it does not progress to something else, like an anaphyllatic reaction. (I don't know how sweet food makes it go away) Anyways, hope it is something else, like a new shampoo. Good Luck

I just wanted to remind everyone this site is NOT meant to give medical advise and it is always important to check with your doctor if anything is truly wrong.

My personal opinion would be just to remove the scalp yourself and then enjoy all the Indian food you want!

    Go see a doctor.
I diagnose myself with a deathly ailment every week.
I thought the rash on my chest was lyme disease, went to see a doctor today, turns out to be be a fungal infection....which makes a lot more sense.
    I'm back, baby!Hidden Content
