    For those applying to residencys, what fields are you guys applying to? how many progs did u apply to. Just curious. Rads or bust for me

    Haha, Neurosurg, Ortho, vascular, plastics, and categorical general... Phew...

    4 interviews so far for general and one for ortho...

    Nice. One Ortho? 1 iv so far in Rads for me. A couple of transitionals and prelims. hope it picks up next week. how many programs did u apply to thom?

    around 300 total...up and down the east coast. figured it was best to spend a few thousand now rather than risk not matching and lose the ~$40k salary I could have made.

    Its still pretty early, more will def come closer to the application deadline when they can sort through their entire applicant pool.

    IM, applied to 110 programs. 2 interviews so far, 1 community and 1 university. Will apply to family (about 50) if I get the money.
