do september students have difficulty making their match year?

    Advertisements

I was wondering if students from the entering September class, assuming that you pass the COMP the first and take a nice chunk of time to study for step 1 (6 months total including 5th semester), have a problem matching in their corresponding year with the rest of their class or do they end up missing the match and have to wait for the next?

so my question is, if I take the max time to study for step 1, will I miss my match?

If you start rotations by September of your 3rd year you will be more than fine
